At the first event, Tremaine prepared a space for women to gather around the simple act of making a candle. Guests poured their candles, shared conversation, and heard Tremaine speak about Be A Light.
That is still the heart of it: time to create with your hands, reflect on what you are carrying, and make room for God without pressure to perform.
In a world that keeps telling you to push through, Be A Light is an invitation to stop long enough to notice what you have been carrying and invite Holy Spirit into the process.
Jesus calls us the light of the world and says a city set on a hill cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14). My prayer is that you leave with more than a candle: truth to carry and your light burning brighter (Matthew 5:16).

No. Candle-making is guided, and materials are provided.
Is Be A Light a Christian event?
Yes. Scripture, prayer, and making space to listen for God are part of it. You are welcome if you are open to a Jesus-centered space.
Is Be A Light coaching or counseling?
Be A Light is a group candle-making and reflection experience. Private coaching and clinical counseling are separate services.
