Meet Tremaine
I’m Tremaine Stephenson, a Christian counselor, coach, and facilitator. I create spaces for women to slow down, tell the truth, hear God, and move from survival into wholeness.
Outside of this work, I’m a mother, a gardener, a reader, a trader, and somebody who loves to laugh. I believe wholeness is lived in everyday places: in what we grow, what we build, what we learn, and how we keep walking with God.
